Before Lance Moulton founded Northeast Builders in the early 1980’s, he was an Associate Professor in the building construction program at New Hampshire Technical College in Manchester. The framing squares seen in the Northeast Builders logo are more than just a design element; they speak to Lance’s sensitivity to the science at the heart of any beautifully designed home.

Lance believes that a custom home should express the true and unique personality of its owners. Northeast Builders’ clients range from folks who have built several homes over the years, to those who are building their first home. And each and every homeowner is made to feel confident that Lance will fully understand their specific needs for their new home, inside and out.

Northeast Builders takes tremendous pride in every home they build. It’s an old fashioned, hands-on approach — from the early rough sketches of the plan right through to the last driven nail. What you see in every Northeast Builders home is an array of beautiful architectural details; and beneath it all is solid, thorough, old-school craftsmanship that makes every home special — regardless of the price range.
